OUR INSTALLATION PROCESS
Pre-Delivery Coordination
We confirm your delivery date, building access requirements, and freight elevator reservation at least 48 hours in advance.
Delivery & Unboxing
Our team delivers all components to your floor, unboxes, and inspects each item for damage before assembly begins.
Assembly & Installation
Our certified installation crew assembles all furniture according to the approved floor plan. Cubicle panels, work surfaces, and storage units are installed in sequence.
Cable Management
Not included in the quotation. Mostly done by in-house Electricians and Engineers.
Quality Check & Sign-Off
We walk through the completed installation with you, check all mechanisms and adjustments, and address any punch-list items before we leave.
WHAT TO PREPARE
- Confirm freight elevator reservation with building management
- Ensure the floor is clear of existing furniture and debris
- Have electrical and data infrastructure ready before furniture arrives
- Designate a point-of-contact who will be present during installation
- Confirm parking or loading bay access for our delivery truck
- Have the approved floor plan printed or accessible on-site
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Delivery timelines start from order confirmation and full payment (or agreed deposit)
- Rush delivery is available for select in-stock items — contact us for availability
- Installation is included for all commercial orders of 10 seats or more
- For orders below 10 seats, installation is available at an additional fee
- Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- We do not dismantle or remove existing furniture — arrange disposal separately
